Bradford won a low scoring affair at Salford 7-0. Steve Menzies scored the only try of the game in the first half with the bulls second half points coming from a penalty by Matt Orford and drop-goal from Paul Sykes.
Wakefield held a 12-6 half-time lead over St Helens but the Saints scored three tries in the second half to claim a good 22-16 win. The Wildcats Dale Morton scored the first try after 15 minutes and centre Daryl Millard scored the first of his two tries after 18 minutes. Jonny Lomax pulled a try back ten minutes later and the Saints scored the first try of the second half therough Kyle Eastmond. When Keiron Cunningham, playing his 500th career game scored after 49 minutes, Saints had gone in front and extended their advantage to 22-12 after Francis Meli went over and Eastmond added his third goal. Wakefield made things interesting when Millard got his second try but St Helens held out to win.
It was a rout at the DW Stadium where Wigan carved up the Catalans defence many times and eventually claimed a 58-0 win. The night was profitable for Pat Richards, he scored 5 tries and kicked 9 goals for a total of 38 points. Wigan's other five tries came from George Carmont (2), Sean O'Loughlin, Darrell Goulding and Thomas Leuluai.
Wigan continue at the top of the table with Hull, St Helens and Wakefield tucked in behind on six points.
